landscaping.servicefind.center operates as an independent trade contractor matching directory and referral resource. ServiceFind is not a licensed general contractor, landscape architect, arborist, or irrigation installation company.

All physical work, excavation, planting, tree trimming, hardscaping construction, and municipal permitting are performed exclusively by independent third-party trade contractors. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship is created between ServiceFind and any contractor or consumer.

2. "Fair Quote" Pricing Policy & Site Inspections

In compliance with our ethical advertising policy, we provide Fair Quotes rather than misleading "free quotes." Exterior contracting involves physical travel, on-site laser grade sighting, soil sampling, and professional estimation time.

Any online cost calculators or automated estimates provided on this website are for preliminary budgeting and educational guidance only. Final project pricing is determined solely through direct, written contractor proposals following on-site property inspection.

3. Contractor Licensing & Insurance Verification

While ServiceFind screens contractor business registrations and verifies state licensing credentials (such as TDLR, TCEQ, CSLB, or Florida DBPR) and general liability insurance certificates, homeowners are strongly encouraged to independently verify active credentials prior to signing formal construction contracts or remitting deposits.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable state and federal law, ServiceFind, its parent entities, officers, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from trade services, property damage, plant failure, or structural alterations performed by independent contractors.
